jjbd Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jjbd website accessible at jjbd.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment functions, and customer support services available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the jjbd Platform, through which the User accesses all services.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player subject to the wagering and eligibility conditions of the applicable promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds that are not subject to wagering requirements and are freely withdrawable, subject to identity verification where applicable.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times that Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they are converted to Real Money Funds and become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which jjbd operates all time-sensitive functions including promotion expiry, match settlement, and support availability.

References to "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account on jjbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjbd enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming obligations. You will be required to provide proof of age if requested.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation on jjbd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of jjbd or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on jjbd. Each individual is permitted to register only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at jjbd's sole discretion.

jjbd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute an offer or guarantee of any specific service level, bonus entitlement, or continued platform availability.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jjbd will treat any activity conducted using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you.

• You must never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members. jjbd accounts are non-transferable and strictly personal.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your jjbd Account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must notify jjbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• jjbd will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jjbd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• jjbd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You agree to keep your registered contact details — including your email address and registered mobile number — current and accurate at all times. Communications sent by jjbd to your registered email address are deemed to have been received by you at the time of sending.

All financial transactions on jjbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jjbd does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at jjbd is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although jjbd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal at jjbd is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: jjbd currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your jjbd Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to appear in your Account balance.
• Withdrawal Processing: jjbd processes withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted, seven days a week. Funds are typically received in your designated payment account within 1 to 6 hours, subject to your payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawal Verification: Your first withdrawal request requires successful completion of identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals from the same verified Account are processed without additional verification, unless jjbd has reasonable grounds to re-verify.

jjbd does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits made via mobile money services. Bank transfer fees, if any, are charged by the respective financial institution and are outside jjbd's control. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.

jjbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback promotions, seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh, and sports betting free bet credits. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players based in Bangladesh.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet size, and time limits are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately. Winnings generated from bets placed with Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• jjbd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies across markets, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and bonus stacking not permitted by the promotion terms — will result in voiding of the bonus and may result in account closure.

The welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 is subject to its own specific terms published on the promotions page. Players should read those terms before making a qualifying deposit. jjbd is not responsible for bonus entitlements that expire or become void due to the player failing to meet the stated time-limit conditions.

By placing any bet or wager on jjbd, you agree to be bound by the specific game rules applicable to that game or market, which are published within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the jjbd system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or voided by the player except in specific circumstances stated within the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface. jjbd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is formally accepted. jjbd will display the odds at which your bet was accepted in your bet history. Changes in odds after acceptance do not affect the terms of your accepted bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void — and stakes returned — in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, a clear technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, or an event not progressing to the point required for the applicable market to settle.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, jjbd's decision on the outcome — including voiding the game round and returning stakes — is final.
• RNG Certification: All casino games on jjbd that use a Random Number Generator are sourced from certified providers. The RNG systems used are independently audited for statistical fairness.

For cricket and other sports betting, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket). jjbd is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds and will correct any settlement errors identified within a reasonable period upon completion of an internal review.

jjbd maintains a strict fair-play environment for all players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance at jjbd's sole discretion:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to live poker, live casino table games, and sports betting syndicate manipulation.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to generate winnings that would not result from normal play. Players who identify such bugs are obligated to report them to [email protected] and must not exploit them.
• Match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or placing bets based on inside knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits in an attempt to obtain winnings without proper payment.
• Creation or use of multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account closures or collecting multiple bonus credits.
• Any form of money laundering or use of jjbd as a conduit for the processing of funds obtained through criminal activity.

jjbd employs fraud detection systems that monitor gameplay patterns, transaction behaviour, and account linkage. Players found to be in violation of this section will have their accounts closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the jjbd Platform — including but not limited to the jjbd brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jjbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjbd Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jjbd Platform without prior written consent from jjbd.
• You may not frame, scrape, or deep-link to any part of the jjbd Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used under licence by jjbd.

Any unauthorised use of jjbd intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable law. jjbd reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against unauthorised use.

jjbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjbd collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. jjbd does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver the services you have requested (e.g., payment processors, game providers) or where required by applicable law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jjbd, subject to jjbd's legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

jjbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and jjbd strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling is causing them distress or financial difficulty.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may activate time reminders that send alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for a period of between 1 month and 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Checks: jjbd may implement on-screen reality checks that display session duration and net wagering totals to remind players of their activity.

jjbd will not market to or contact players who have self-excluded. Any player who believes they have a gambling problem is encouraged to read jjbd's Responsible Gaming page and to seek support from qualified counselling services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjbd's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjbd Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jjbd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect loss, consequential loss, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• jjbd is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, actions of third-party game providers, natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory changes.
• jjbd is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's decision to gamble, including gaming losses that the player considers to have resulted from Platform errors. Players gamble at their own risk.
• jjbd makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be compatible with all devices and browsers used by players in Bangladesh.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jjbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by jjbd's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

jjbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the jjbd Platform and, where the changes are material, communicated to registered players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification where not previously completed and subject to any pending wagering obligations on Bonus Funds.

jjbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold the balance in that Account pending investigation — where jjbd has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any prohibited conduct described in Article 7. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jjbd reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with the specific breach provisions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jjbd operates as an online platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and intends to comply with all applicable legal obligations.

In the event of any dispute between a player and jjbd, the player is encouraged to first contact jjbd's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jjbd commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (BST) and to resolving disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to jjbd's complaints team by sending a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". jjbd will provide a final written decision within 28 days of receipt of a formal complaint. jjbd's decision on disputes involving game outcomes, settlement of bets, and bonus eligibility is final, subject only to manifest error.
